About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal

candidate should have a strong background in Public Relations (PR) or Media, with hands-on experience in managing and growing social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

2. Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and campaigns

3. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications

4. Manage day-to-day social media activities including scheduling and publishing content

5. Track performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize campaigns

6. Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution

7. Handle audience engagement,



comments, and messages professionally

8. Support brand building and PR initiatives through digital platforms

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management

2. Background in PR, Media, Communications, or related field preferred

3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada Language

5. Creative mindset with attention to detail

6. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment
