About the Role

Uemen Mark Unisex Salon Studio is looking for an experienced and responsible Salon Manager to oversee day-to-day salon operations, manage the team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive overall business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to manage a fast-paced salon environment efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, coordinate, and motivate salon staff, including hairstylists, beauticians, and other team members.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, shifts, and weekly offs.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, grooming standards, and overall presentation.
- Ensure staff follow salon policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor daily sales, service performance, and revenue targets.
- Support the team in achieving sales and business targets through effective upselling and customer retention.
- Maintain proper records of daily sales, appointments, inventory, and staff performance.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with management regarding product requirements and stock levels.
- Build strong relationships with regular clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Coordinate with the owner on operational requirements,



staff performance, promotions, and business growth initiatives.
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, offers, and customer engagement activities.
- Identify operational issues and take timely action to resolve them.
- Ensure the salon consistently delivers a premium and welcoming customer experience.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in salon management or a similar managerial role.
- Previous experience in a unisex salon / beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of salon operations and customer service.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of sales, billing, inventory, and daily reporting.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualified appearance and positive attitude.
