Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

Provides
overall software quality leadership and perspective to internal team

Provide
leadership on activities related to quality including test strategy, test plan creation,
execution, result evaluation and automation to ensure quality with respect to
functional and non-functional requirements.

Lead
and exhibit technology and software quality best practices.

Skills:

Have
lead quality strategy definition and execution for Enterprise Level
applications

Experience
in test strategy and test automation of functional and performance tests

You
have technical skills in analyzing performance and identifying the performance
bottlenecks

You




have strong knowledge with automated testing tooling such as Selenium,Mockito,
FitNesse, Cucumber

You
have strong verbal and written communication skills through English

You
have valuable knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and principles
like Scrum, Kanban and XP

- Experience leveraging

AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent
coding assistants.

Education &
Experience:

Bachelor's
or master's degree in software engineering, computer engineering or equivalent

5+ years’ of industry experience as a software quality engineer lead
