Job Title: Video Editor & Videographer (AI Video Creation)

## Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled *Video Editor & Videographer* who can manage end-to-end video production, from shooting and editing to AI-powered video creation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in qualified videography, storytelling, post-production, and emerging AI video tools.

The candidate will work closely with doctors, influencers, and the digital marketing and social media teams to produce engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms, YouTube, podcasts, promotional campaigns, and corporate events.

## Key Responsibilities

- *Video Editing & Post-Production:* Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, interviews, podcasts, promotional campaigns, and other digital platforms.

- *Videography & Production:* Independently handle camera operations, lighting, audio recording, and on-location shoots.

- *Doctor Interviews & Feedback:* Shoot and edit doctor testimonials, patient feedback, expert interviews, educational videos, and promotional content.

- *Podcast Production:* Record and edit podcasts, including multicamera editing, audio synchronization, sound enhancement, and final delivery.

- *Event Coverage:* Cover conferences, seminars, workshops, award ceremonies, and corporate events, producing engaging highlight videos and aftermovies.

- *AI-Powered Video Creation:* Use AI tools such as Higgsfield, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Google Flow, and other emerging AI platforms for video generation, AI avatars, voiceovers, visual effects,



and creative storytelling.

- *Influencer Collaboration:* Coordinate with influencers and content creators to plan, shoot, and edit collaborative content.

- *Social Media Content:* Create platform-specific content in formats such as 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1, optimized for audience engagement and retention.

- *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with the digital marketing and social media teams to develop content ideas, execute campaigns, and meet publishing schedules.

- *Motion Graphics & Visual Effects:* Create titles, transitions, animated graphics, subtitles, and engaging visual elements.

- *Content Planning:* Participate in brainstorming sessions, understand creative briefs, and suggest innovative video concepts and production techniques.

- *File & Project Management:* Maintain organized footage, project files, media assets, and final exports while ensuring timely delivery.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in *Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop*.

- Strong hands-on experience in professional videography, camera handling, lighting, and audio recording.

- Practical experience with AI tools such as *Higgsfield, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Google Flow* or equivalent AI video-generation platforms.

- Strong understanding of video storytelling,



pacing, composition, color correction, and sound design.

- Experience shooting interviews, testimonials, podcasts, events, and promotional videos.

- Ability to independently manage shoots and editing projects from concept to final delivery.

- Knowledge of social media trends, short-form video formats, and content optimization.

- Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, influencers, marketing professionals, and creative teams.

- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing, videography, and AI-generated video projects.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating medical, healthcare, aesthetic medicine, beauty, or educational content.

- Knowledge of multicamera workflows, professional audio equipment, and studio lighting.

- Experience with AI-assisted editing, image-to-video generation, AI voiceovers, and avatar-based content.

- Familiarity with YouTube content strategy, Instagram Reels, and digital campaign production.

We need someone who can *both shoot and edit professionally*, rather than specializing in only one area. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working on location, and enthusiastic about using AI technology to improve video production quality and efficiency.
