Unitd Living Space is a Coimbatore-based real estate and construction company delivering residential and commercial projects across the region. We are looking for a driven sales professional to join our Corporate Sales team and help us grow.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will promote our projects, engage prospective buyers, and take deals from first conversation to payment collection. You will work closely with the Sales Head, the Assistant Manager – Sales, and our CRM team to meet monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and property preferences, and present suitable offers
- Promote projects through the channels and campaigns defined by the Sales Head
- Arrange site visits and give buyers clear information on project specifications and the property
- Coordinate with the CRM Executive on agreements, contracts and approvals, and follow each deal through to cheque signing and payment collection
- Work with channel partners and agencies to close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets,



and share daily sales reports with the leadership team through our Sales/CRM systems
- Track competing projects, pricing and market trends, and identify new leads and future business prospects
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction, referrals and repeat business
- Guide and support Junior Executives and Trainees on the team
- Attend seminars, trainings and industry events to stay current

Requirements

- Any degree; a postgraduate degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage
- 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related industry
- Solid negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, with a process-oriented approach to documentation and follow-up
- Comfortable with CRM and sales reporting tools
- Willingness to travel to project sites and meet clients

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
