About the Role

MoneyTree Realty is building a technology-driven real estate ecosystem powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), automation, and data intelligence.

We are looking for an AI & Full-Stack Developer with strong PHP/Laravel skills and practical knowledge of LLMs, AI integrations, and modern web technologies. You will develop scalable PropTech solutions for sales, CRM, lead management, customer engagement, property discovery, and business operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable building full-stack applications, integrating AI models, and using AI coding tools to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.

What You Will Do

- Develop, maintain, and upgrade our Laravel-based website and web applications.
- Improve website speed, mobile performance, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, broken links, redirects, XML sitemaps, and metadata.
- Build and enhance AI-powered chatbots, intelligent property search, lead qualification, and automated customer support.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude into real estate applications.
- Develop AI workflows using prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool calling, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Connect WhatsApp Business API, CRM systems, and third-party tools to automate lead capture, qualification, and follow-ups.
- Build AI agents and automated workflows for property recommendations, customer queries, and internal business processes.
- Develop APIs, dashboards, and reporting systems for leads, website performance, and business operations.
- Manage MySQL databases, authentication, user roles, and application security.
- Deploy and maintain applications on Linux servers, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding productivity, debugging, testing, and documentation.

Must-Have Skills

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel on live projects.




- Strong knowledge of MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web development.
- Experience with Blade, Livewire, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, role-based access control, and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly development, website speed optimisation, and Core Web Vitals.
- Experience with Git, Linux servers, deployment, and debugging production issues.
- Practical knowledge of AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT.
- Understanding of LLM fundamentals, including tokens, context windows, model selection, temperature, and limitations.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of integrating LLM APIs into web applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

AI, LLM & Generative AI Skills

- Understanding of LLMs, generative AI, and how AI models can be integrated into business applications.
- Experience with OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude APIs.
- Prompt engineering, system instructions, structured responses, and output validation.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for answering questions using company data, property listings, FAQs, and internal documents.
- Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, and similarity search.
- Knowledge of AI agents, tool/function calling, multi-step workflows, and API-based automation.
- Ability to manage conversation history, context, hallucinations, and response quality.
- Understanding of LLM evaluation, latency, token usage, cost optimisation, and error handling.
- Awareness of AI security, prompt injection, sensitive data protection,



and responsible AI practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience building AI chatbots, AI property search, recommendation systems, or lead-scoring solutions.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or PostgreSQL with pgvector.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API, CRM integrations, webhooks, and lead automation.
- Experience with Laravel queues, jobs, scheduled tasks, and background processing.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Python or Node.js for AI integrations and automation.
- Experience with model fine-tuning or open-source LLM deployment.
- Experience in real estate, PropTech, or other data-driven business applications.
