Key Responsibilities Manage overall F&B; service operations Supervise 350-cover dining floor operations Handle end-to-end banquet bookings and execution Ensure guest satisfaction and complaint resolution Lead staff discipline, grooming, and service standards Monitor daily sales and revenue performance Control costs, manpower, wastage, and service efficiency Ensure hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance
Candidate Requirements 3–6 years experience in restaurant management Strong banquet and high-volume restaurant background Tamil fluency mandatory Good English communication Working Hindi knowledge South Indian candidates preferred Hotel Management Diploma/Degree preferred
