We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in PMC (Project Management Consultancy) to lead and manage commercial and office interior/fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete lifecycle of commercial/office projects from planning to handover
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor site execution, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and operational issues
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and cost control measures
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Drive vendor and contractor performance and accountability
- Prepare project reports, MIS, and client updates
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Mandatory Requirements
- 3–10 years of experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) companies
- Proven experience in commercial / corporate office projects
- Strong understanding of construction and fit-out processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Architecture
- Experience handling large-scale office fit-outs or commercial interiors
- Familiarity with local vendors and execution practices in Hyderabad
