Job Title: HR & Admin Executive Company: Sowgandhika Ready Mix Concrete Pvt. Ltd. Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and experienced HR & Admin Executive to manage daily HR activities, employee attendance, payroll coordination, administration, and company policies at our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain daily employee attendance, check-in/check-out timings, leaves and weekly offs. 2. Manage employee records, salary details, payroll, PF, ESI and other statutory requirements. 3. Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation. 4. Prepare and implement company SOPs, HR policies and employee discipline procedures. 5. Monitor staff punctuality, working hours and performance. 6. Coordinate with plant managers, supervisors, operators, drivers and sales staff. 7. Maintain employee salary advances, deductions and loan recovery records. 8. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly HR and administration reports. 9.



Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll and administrative expenses. 10. Support management in improving employee productivity, accountability and company systems. Requirements: - Graduate or MBA in HR preferred. - 2–5 years of experience in HR and administration. - Experience in manufacturing, construction or RMC industries preferred. - Knowledge of MS Excel, attendance software, payroll, PF and ESI. - Positive communication and employee management skills. - Ability to work independently and report directly to management. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
