Google Ads Campaign Specialist

We are hiring a Google Ads Campaign Specialist to manage, optimize, and improve Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts. The role involves hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, budget control, conversion tracking, and ongoing optimization to help clients achieve their advertising objectives.

The ideal candidate has practical experience managing real client campaigns in a Google Ads agency or digital marketing agency and can make informed optimization decisions based on campaign data, business goals, and conversion performance.

Job Responsibilities

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns according to client objectives, target audiences, budgets, and conversion goals
- Create and manage Search campaigns and work with other relevant campaign types based on client requirements
- Conduct keyword research, select appropriate match types, organize ad groups, and develop effective campaign structures
- Create and optimize ad copy, headlines, descriptions, extensions, assets, and targeting settings
- Monitor campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition
- Manage bids, budgets, budget allocation, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency
- Analyze search terms, identify irrelevant traffic, and add negative keywords to maintain traffic quality
- Review campaign settings, targeting, keyword performance, and ad relevance to identify optimization opportunities
- Monitor conversion tracking and verify that campaign performance is measured accurately
- Identify campaign performance issues and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, enquiries, conversions, and advertising cost efficiency
- Follow Google Ads policies and maintain compliance with relevant advertising requirements
- Prepare campaign performance reports and identify actionable recommendations based on available data




- Manage multiple client accounts responsibly while maintaining campaign accuracy, organized workflows, and consistent optimization

Experience

Minimum 6 months of professional, hands-on Google Ads campaign management experience is required.

Candidates with 6 months to 1 year or more of relevant experience can apply. Experience must be gained in a Google Ads agency or digital marketing agency, working on real client campaigns.

Freshers without professional Google Ads campaign management experience are not eligible.
