We’re Hiring: TPA Manager cum Credit Manager

Multibhashi is looking for an experienced and result-oriented TPA Manager cum Credit Manager for one of our reputed clients in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage coordination with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Oversee cashless hospitalization approvals, pre-authorizations, claim submissions, and settlement processes.
- Monitor outstanding credit accounts, insurance receivables, and pending claims.
- Follow up on claim processing, payment collections, and outstanding dues to ensure timely recovery.
- Coordinate with hospital billing, accounts, medical, and administrative teams to resolve claim-related discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with insurance and hospital policies.
- Address claim rejections, deductions, and delays to improve revenue recovery and financial efficiency.





Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in TPA management, hospital billing, insurance claims, credit management, or healthcare finance.
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is preferred.
- Good understanding of cashless insurance procedures, claim settlements, credit control, and receivables management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
