Key Responsibilities

- Daily Dispatch & Fleet Management:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate outbound vehicle dispatches and delivery routes for food and beverage products.
- Monitor real-time driver tracking via GPS/telematics systems to ensure adherence to delivery windows.
- Oversee fleet utilization, routine vehicle maintenance, and breakdown contingencies.
- Perishable & Cold-Chain Governance (F&B; Specific):
- Ensure proper temperature logging and compliance for chilled, frozen, or ambient F&B; goods during loading, transit, and unloading.
- Monitor finished goods quality and shelf-life tracking upon handover from production/warehousing.
- Team Leadership & Staffing:
- Supervise dispatchers, logistics coordinators, warehouse loading crews, and delivery drivers.
- Conduct shift scheduling, performance evaluations, safety briefings, and training programs.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate closely with production, warehouse/CFA teams, sales, and customer service to align order fulfillment with dispatch realities.
- Address customer escalations, delivery delays, or stock discrepancies promptly.
- Compliance & Cost Control:
- Enforce local and regional food safety, hygiene, and transport regulatory standards.
- Track logistics KPIs (fuel burn, freight cost per unit, on-time-in-full [OTIF] rates) and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
