Key Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of chaat items such as Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Sev Puri, Dahi Puri, Papdi Chaat, Aloo Tikki Chaat, and other menu items.

Handle daily mise en place, ingredient preparation, chutneys, masalas, and garnishes.

Maintain consistent taste, presentation, portion control, and food quality.

Ensure proper food storage, freshness, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team for ingredient requirements.

Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.

Follow food safety standards and company SOPs.

Manage and guide Commis chefs and kitchen helpers in the chaat section.

Ensure timely preparation and service during peak business hours.

Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
