JOB DESCRIPTION (JD) Team Leader – Educational Sales & Marketing Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: Education / Coaching Institute Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan Reporting To: Branch Head / AGM 1. Job Purpose To lead the sales and marketing team, achieve admission targets, generate student enquiries, build brand awareness, and drive business growth for the institute. 2. Key Responsibilities - Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team. - Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and lead-generation targets. - Develop marketing strategies to increase student admissions. - Conduct school visits, promotional activities, seminars, exhibitions, and local marketing campaigns. - Generate enquiries through field marketing, digital marketing, referrals, and other channels. - Follow up with students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions. - Monitor team performance, daily activities, and conversion ratios. - Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. - Build relationships with schools, educational institutions, residential societies, and local communities.



- Ensure excellent counselling and customer service for students and parents. - Coordinate with the branch management team to implement business plans. - Train team members to improve productivity and admission conversion. 3. Required Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred. - 2–5 years of experience in educational sales, marketing, or admissions. - Previous team-handling experience is preferred. - Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Knowledge of local market activities and student admission processes. 4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Monthly admission and revenue targets. - Number of enquiries generated. - Enquiry-to-admission conversion rate. - Team productivity and target achievement. - Effectiveness of field marketing activities. - Follow-up efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹493,000.00 - ₹620,000.00 per year
