Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with expertise in accounting finalization, Balance Sheet preparation, financial reporting, and reconciliation of online food delivery transactions. The candidate should have practical experience handling transactions platforms of e-commerce , including commission reconciliation, settlement tracking, GST, TDS, vendor payments, and revenue accounting.

Roles & Responsibilities: -

- Maintain Day-To-Day Accounting Transactions And Ensure Accurate Book Keeping, Prepare And Post Journal Entries, Payment Entries, Receipt Entries, And Adjustment Entries. Perform Monthly And Yearly Account Closing Activities.
- Monitor Outstanding Payables/Receivables And Ageing. And Coordinate With The Concerned Teams.
- Prepare And Review Cash and Bank Reconciliation Statements (Brs). Monitor Bank Transactions, Payments, Receipts, And Bank Charges.
- Prepare And Filling Data Gst, Tds And Other Taxation & Compliance Requirements.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register. Calculate And Record Depreciation.



Reconcile Fixed Asset Register With The General Ledger.
- Assist In Audit Queries And Ensure Timely Closure Of Audit Observations. Maintain Proper Documentation And Accounting Records.
- Perform Month-End Provisions, Accruals, Prepaid Expenses, Depreciation, And Reconciliation. Ensure All Transactions Are Recorded Before Closing. Assist In Finalization Of Accounts And Preparation Of Financial Statements.
- Reconcile daily and monthly sales reports received from E-Commerce.
- Verify gross sales, discounts, cancellations, refunds, platform commissions, and other deductions.
- Reconcile platform settlements with bank credits and accounting records.
- Identify discrepancies in commissions, settlement amounts, and customer refunds.
- Maintain platform-wise sales and settlement reports.
- Track outstanding amounts receivable from food delivery platforms.
- Salary preparation and completing Compliances with online payment
- VAT Reconciliation and generate challan with online payment
