About the Role

Active Heart Foundation is looking for passionate and motivated BSW/MSW graduates to join our mission of promoting heart-health awareness, CPR training and preventive healthcare in communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with schools, colleges, industries and other institutions.
- Coordinate CPR training, heart-health awareness and preventive healthcare programmes.
- Communicate with HR teams, educational institutions and community organisations.
- Arrange appointments, training schedules and participant follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the medical team to conduct awareness programmes.
- Maintain records of visits, contacts, programmes and participants.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and provide updates to management.
- Support the expansion of community outreach initiatives.

Eligibility

- Qualification: BSW / MSW.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to undertake field visits and travel within Madurai and nearby districts as required.

Previous healthcare experience is not mandatory. Guidance and training will be provided.
