What you'll do

- Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines from Engel, Milacron, Supermaster, Negri Bossi, Haitian, and KraussMaffei.
- Identify and resolve electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical faults to minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth production operations.
- Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment, including material feeding systems, dehumidifiers, mold temperature controllers, hot runner systems, and conveyors.
- Monitor and troubleshoot industrial robots from ABB, Wittmann, Yaskawa, EPSON, and STAR.
- Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, and mechanical drawings for fault diagnosis and maintenance activities.




- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and monitor equipment performance to improve machine reliability and availability.
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly maintenance reports, breakdown records, and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Monitor key maintenance performance indicators, including MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
- Manage spare parts inventory, maintain critical spare parts availability, and coordinate replacement of defective components.
- Identify opportunities for energy savings, improve equipment efficiency, and reduce maintenance costs.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve equipment-related issues and minimize production interruptions.
- Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards to ensure a protected working environment and reliable equipment operation.

- Maintenance Professional with knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines from leading brands such as Engel, Milacron, Supermaster, Negri Bossi, Haitian, and KraussMaffei. Skilled in maintaining auxiliary equipment, including material feeding systems, dehumidifiers, mold temperature controllers, hot runner systems, and conveyors. Familiar with industrial robots such as ABB, Wittmann, Yaskawa, EPSON, and STAR. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuit diagrams, along with mechanical drawings. Knowledgeable in maintenance documentation, MTTR, MTBF, preventive maintenance tracking, spare parts management, and energy-saving initiatives. Focused on reducing machine downtime, improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance performance, and ensuring smooth and efficient production operations.
