We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and dedicated KG Head to lead and manage our kindergarten section. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a good understanding of early childhood education. Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory.

The KG Head will be responsible for supervising teachers, developing age-appropriate learning plans, monitoring students' progress, maintaining academic standards, and ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for young learners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and support KG teachers in their daily academic activities.
- Ensure effective delivery of lessons in line with kindergarten learning objectives.
- Monitor students' academic progress, behaviour, and overall development.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and concerns.
- Organize academic activities, events, assessments, and teacher training sessions.
- Maintain academic records, reports, attendance, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure a child-friendly, safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with school management to maintain academic quality and operational efficiency.
- Address parents' concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.




- Promote creativity, communication, social skills, and emotional development among young learners.
- Ensure teachers follow school policies, curriculum guidelines, and academic schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching qualification or early childhood education certification is preferred.
- Previous experience as a KG Head, Kindergarten Coordinator, or Senior KG Teacher is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of kindergarten curriculum, teaching methodologies, and child development.
- Ability to guide teachers, manage parents' concerns, and maintain academic standards.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and online teaching platforms is an advantage.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to students' overall development.
