Job Title: Telecaller – Sales Executive
Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Telecaller–Sales Executive to identify prospective customers, introduce our products and services, and generate qualified sales opportunities. The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to build positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and clearly explain relevant products and services.
- Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and email to move enquiries towards sales.
- Share approved company profiles, brochures, proposals, and quotations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up dates in CRM software or Excel.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to address customer queries.




- Work towards agreed targets for calls, qualified leads, meetings, and sales conversions.
- Submit daily activity reports and weekly updates on the sales pipeline.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum one year of experience in telecalling, telesales, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Good spoken English and Hindi, North East Languages ; Kannada or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Strong listening, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Willingness to learn technical products and explain their business perks.
- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
- Experience in B2B, software, AI, or industrial product sales will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary commensurate with experience and skills, with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
