Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Civil Engineer with an MBA and 10–15 years of experience in civil construction, interior fit-out projects, project management, and client handling. The candidate should have strong leadership, planning, budgeting, execution, and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects from initial planning through final handover while ensuring quality, timely completion, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and execute civil construction, renovation, and interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
- Handle clients professionally, understand their requirements, provide regular updates, and maintain solid client relationships.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs, estimates, and material requirements.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, material procurement, and contractor performance.
- Manage project costs, billing, variations, additional works, and cost control.
- Conduct client meetings, site inspections, progress reviews, and project coordination meetings.
- Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion.
- Review drawings, execution details, and interior finishing works to ensure quality standards.
- Manage client expectations, address complaints,



and resolve project-related concerns.
- Prepare progress reports, cost reports, and project documentation for management and clients.
- Ensure proper project handover, snag-list closure, and client sign-off.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of civil construction, interior works, renovation, and finishing activities.
- Excellent client handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Solid project planning, budgeting, and cost-control abilities.
- Leadership skills to manage site teams, contractors, and multiple projects.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project or similar project management software is an advantage.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- MBA in Project Management, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and interior projects.
- Proven experience in client coordination and end-to-end project execution.
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, teams, and client expectations independently.

Ideal Candidate: A technically strong and commercially aware professional who can independently manage civil and interior projects, lead project teams, and maintain excellent client relationships while delivering projects within the agreed budget and timeline.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
