Position: International US/UK Sales Executive (Lead Generation)

Location: 102, Amfotech IT Park, Padwal Nagar, Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400604

Shift Timings: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Uncapped Incentives & Perks

About the Role

White Dwarf Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to focus on lead generation for our US and UK markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and engaging potential business clients to build a solid pipeline of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound prospect research and generate high-quality leads in the US and UK regions.
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and professional networks.
- Qualify leads according to client requirements and criteria.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with accurate prospect details and status updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in lead generation, outbound sales,



or international BPO/telecalling (US/UK campaign experience is a plus, freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
- Willingness to work fixed night shifts (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and familiar with CRM or sales tools.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month (based on experience and interview performance).
