Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Construction

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage civil construction projects, including commercial buildings, industrial buildings, factories, and other infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and quality standards.

Candidates with prior experience in executing commercial building and factory construction projects will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure projects are completed within the approved timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise civil construction works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project costs, material procurement, manpower deployment, and resource utilization.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory requirements, and applicable construction regulations.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Review contractor performance, work schedules,



and project reports.
- Provide regular progress updates to management.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational issues efficiently.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management.
- Experience in commercial building construction and industrial or factory projects is highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of construction methods, project planning, budgeting, and quality control.
- Experience in handling contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and other project personnel.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project scheduling tools such as MS Project will be an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have independently managed or supervised commercial buildings, industrial facilities, factories, and large-scale civil construction projects will be given preference.
