D2C Dispatch Captain — Recent Fulfillment Center Launch

About the role
We’re hiring a Dispatch Captain to support dispatch operations at a newly launching fulfillment center. You’ll help establish reliable pickup routines, coordinate with courier partners, and make sure the team follows clear handover and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

- Set up daily pickup coordination with assigned courier partners.
- Help document dispatch, handover, and escalation procedures.
- Monitor initial dispatch performance and report operational gaps.
- Coordinate readiness between warehouse teams and courier pickups.
- Recommend practical process improvements as volume grows.

Requirements

- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or fulfillment operations.
- Organized approach to building routines and maintaining records.
- Comfortable working in a changing, early-stage operation.

Pay: ₹24,002.00 - ₹25,003.00 per month
