Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹8,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed and Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring updates.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication initiatives.
- Support onboarding coordination and other recruitment-related activities.

Requirements

- Final-year student or recent graduate in BBA, MBA, HR Management, or a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.




- Basic understanding of recruitment and online job portals is preferred.
- Robust coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Nagpur.
