Key Responsibilities:

- Teacher training & development
- Academic content & study materials
- Question banks & question papers
- Exams, assessments & answer keys
- Topic-wise educational video production
- Content planning & quality control
- Coordination with teachers, subject experts, designers, editors & external vendors
- Academic calendar & production planning
- Progress tracking & reporting

Preferred Skills:

- Education / EdTech / Content experience
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Good Malayalam & English communication
- Excellent planning and follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple teams/projects
- Proactive and ownership-driven mindset

Preferred Qualification: B.Ed / M.Ed / relevant qualification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
