We are looking for a detail-oriented and research-driven Quality & Research Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy across student applications, internal processes, research databases, university information, and study-abroad-related documentation.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and research skills, excellent attention to detail, and preferably have prior experience in the overseas education or study abroad industry.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Process Monitoring

- Conduct regular quality checks and audits of student applications and related documentation.
- Review student files at various stages, including counselling, application processing, admission, visa documentation, and pre-departure.
- Ensure that student information, documents, and application details are accurate and complete.
- Verify compliance with company SOPs, checklists, and internal processes.
- Identify errors, process gaps, delays, and areas requiring improvement.
- Conduct random quality checks of CRM records, student data, application trackers, and internal documentation.
- Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and identify delays in operational processes.
- Prepare quality reports highlighting errors, observations, recurring issues, and corrective actions.
- Work closely with respective departments to ensure identified issues are resolved and quality standards are maintained.

University & Course Research

- Conduct detailed research on universities, colleges, courses, and programs across different study destinations.
- Maintain updated information regarding tuition fees, application fees, scholarships, entry requirements, English language requirements, intakes, deadlines, and course details.
- Research eligibility criteria including academic requirements, CGPA/percentage requirements, backlog acceptance, work experience requirements, and other university-specific policies.
- Prepare and maintain university and course comparison sheets for internal reference.




- Verify information through official university websites and reliable sources before updating internal databases.
- Regularly track changes in university requirements, deadlines, scholarships, and admission policies.

Country & Visa Research

- Stay updated with changes in student visa policies and immigration requirements.
- Research country-specific documentation requirements and application procedures.
- Monitor updates related to financial requirements, visa documentation, post-study work opportunities, and international student policies.
- Prepare and maintain updated country-wise information and internal reference documents.
- Communicate important updates to the relevant internal teams whenever required.

Data Management & Research Database

- Maintain and regularly update the company's University and Course Master Database.
- Ensure research data is accurate, updated, and properly organised.
- Identify and remove duplicate, outdated, or incorrect information from databases.
- Maintain structured Excel sheets, trackers, and research databases for easy access by the counselling and processing teams.
- Analyse historical admission outcomes and student profiles to identify trends and useful insights.
- Maintain records related to university applications, admissions, scholarships, and other relevant research information.

Counselling & Internal Research Support

- Provide research support to counsellors and processing teams whenever required.
- Assist in verifying university and course shortlists based on student eligibility and requirements.
- Identify potential risks or eligibility concerns related to university selection.
- Support the team with research for complex or unique student profiles.
- Prepare comparison reports between countries,



universities, and courses as required.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

- Prepare weekly and monthly Quality & Research Reports.
- Track the number of files audited, errors identified, research updates completed, and pending corrective actions.
- Identify recurring errors and recommend process improvements.
- Present research findings and important industry updates to the management and relevant teams.
- Contribute towards improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, and overall service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Robust research and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
- Ability to analyse information from multiple sources and prepare structured reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of overseas education, universities, international admissions, or student visa processes will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry will be preferred.
- Experience in quality assurance, research, data analysis, university admissions, or application processing will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and capable of independently handling research assignments.
- Preference may be given to candidates based in or willing to work from Nagpur.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can go beyond basic data entry and research. The candidate should be capable of identifying errors, verifying information, maintaining accurate databases, researching universities and policies, and contributing towards improving the overall quality and efficiency of our operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
