We are hiring for the position of **Closing Manager** with a premier luxury real estate developer for a landmark residential project featuring twin 50-storey towers in Thane, Maharashtra.
**Position Details:**
* **Job Title:** Closing Manager – Real Estate
* **Location:** Thane, Maharashtra
* **Experience:** Minimum 5+ years in real estate sales/closing with a developer
* **Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
* **Reporting To:** Team Lead – Closing
**Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end sales closing process, from deal negotiation to final handover.
* Coordinate with sales, brokers, channel partners, legal, finance, and CRM teams.
* Oversee booking documentation, agreements, payment schedules, and loan disbursements.
* Ensure compliance with RERA and applicable legal requirements.
* Lead and mentor the closing team to achieve sales and conversion targets.
* Manage client relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Candidate Profile:**
The ideal candidate should have solid negotiation and communication skills, experience handling high-value real estate transactions, knowledge of RERA and property documentation, and proven team management capabilities.
