We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts to manage day-to-day financial operations, including GST compliance, bank reconciliations, and accounting entries. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of Indian taxation, financial reporting, and accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely compliance.
- Conduct bank reconciliations on a daily/monthly basis to ensure accuracy.
- Record and verify day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, etc.).
- Handle vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary documents and clarifications.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger entries and supporting documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent; M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Robust knowledge of GST laws and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
