We are looking for a responsible and experienced Two-Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations across two floors, ensure smooth workflow, maintain discipline, and coordinate with staff to achieve operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily activities across two floors.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure smooth workflow and coordination between both floors.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional standards among employees.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and staff productivity.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the work area.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and report major concerns to management.
- Monitor stock, materials, and equipment, if applicable.
- Prepare daily reports and update management on floor activities.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Train and guide recent employees when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in floor supervision or team management preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle staff effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
