We are seeking a compassionate Social Worker (MSW) to support patients in our rehabilitation and deaddiction center. The MSW will provide counseling, case management, and family support to help individuals recover from addiction and related mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to patients.
- Develop personalized care plans and coordinate with the treatment team.
- Offer family counseling and educate on addiction recovery.
- Connect patients with community resources and support groups.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standards.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Social Work (MSW).
- 1-2 years of experience in addiction, mental health, or rehabilitation settings.
- Solid counseling, communication, and case management skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,856.46 - ₹20,000.43 per month
