Job Summary

BEAT Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Manager to lead placement activities, establish corporate relationships, and create employment opportunities for students. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven experience in placement management, employer engagement, and career development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement placement strategies to achieve student placement targets and improve employment outcomes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with companies, corporate organizations, recruitment agencies, and industry partners to generate placement opportunities.
- Identify potential employers and coordinate with them to understand their recruitment requirements.
- Arrange campus recruitment drives, interviews, job fairs, placement events, and recruitment campaigns.
- Build and maintain a database of employers, job opportunities, placement partners, and student profiles.
- Coordinate with students, trainers, and academic departments to identify suitable candidates for available job opportunities.
- Guide students on resume preparation, interview techniques, communication skills, and overall employability.
- Coordinate with the training team to organize aptitude training, soft skills sessions, mock interviews, and career development programmes.
- Monitor student placement progress, interview attendance, selection status, and joining confirmations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition teams,



and corporate decision-makers.
- Negotiate placement partnerships and employment opportunities that benefit students and the organization.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with employers regarding interview schedules, selection results, offers, and joining status.
- Prepare weekly and monthly placement reports covering employer engagement, job openings, interviews, selections, and successful placements.
- Track placement KPIs, including the number of employers engaged, job opportunities generated, interviews arranged, and students placed.
- Coordinate placement-related activities across branches and academic programmes as required.
- Collect employer feedback and placement data to improve student employability and organizational placement performance.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of placement records, employer databases, student profiles, and recruitment documentation.
- Perform other placement and corporate relations responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 3–4 years of experience in placement management, corporate relations, recruitment, or career services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to develop employer partnerships and generate placement opportunities.
- Positive understanding of recruitment processes, industry hiring trends, and employability requirements.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, reporting tools, and database management.
- Ability to work towards placement targets and manage multiple activities effectively.
