- Greet customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and convert walk-in enquiries into sales.
- Verify product details, tag attributes, and values in JBS and the web store.
- Explain estimation, facilitate billing, collect payments.
- Maintain accurate opening and closing stock records and ensure protected stock movement between the locker and counter.
- Ensure proper product display, counter cleanliness, stock accuracy, and prevention of jewellery and tag damage.
- Handle customer returns, coordinate redelivery, and follow up within the specified timeline.
- Maintain adequate complimentary items and communicate replenishment requirements to the Manager.
- Support other counter teams, promote scheme plans, encourage customer reviews, and build strong customer relationships to improve sales.
- Coordinate with and train the immediate reportee (AJC) on all job responsibilities.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
