Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic HR Faculty member to deliver practical and theoretical training in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train students in HR concepts and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical sessions on Human Resource Management.
- Teach core HR topics, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll management, training and development, and HR operations.
- Explain HR policies, labour laws, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
- Provide practical training on HR documentation, attendance management, payroll processing, and HR reporting.
- Train students in HR tools, HRMS software, and Excel-based HR activities.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and practical assignments.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, presentations,



and case studies to evaluate student performance.
- Guide students in preparing for HR interviews and industry requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support placement preparation and career development activities.
- Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and other academic documentation.

Qualifications

- MBA in Human Resource Management or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
- Robust knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and industry requirements.
- Prior teaching or corporate HR experience is preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to deliver practical, student-oriented training.

Skills Required

- Strong subject knowledge in HRM and HR operations.
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and labour laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students through practical examples and activities.
