Job Summary

Sai Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Used Car Sales Consultant for its True Value department in Changanassery. The candidate will be responsible for handling used car sales, assisting customers in selecting suitable vehicles, generating sales leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a customer-oriented approach, and an interest in automobile sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers interested in purchasing pre-owned cars and provide detailed information about available vehicles.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable used cars based on their needs and budget.
- Generate sales leads through customer follow-ups, referrals, telecalling, and other marketing activities.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and available exchange facilities to customers.
- Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test drives for prospective customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Coordinate with the vehicle evaluation, service, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth sales transactions.
- Assist customers with loan processing, insurance, registration, and other necessary documentation.




- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the True Value department.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, sales leads, follow-ups, and completed transactions.
- Stay updated on used car market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or a degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in automobile sales, used car sales, or showroom sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Knowledge of automobiles and the used car market will be an added advantage.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office are desirable.
