Dr. Design Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and organized CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain client records, track leads, and support the sales and business development team. The ideal candidate should have experience with CRM systems, customer communication, and lead management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer information, lead records, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Track leads through different stages of the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Monitor customer interactions, inquiries, and communication history.
- Generate regular reports on leads, conversions, and sales activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and follow-up processes.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.
- Support client onboarding and maintain professional communication with customers.
- Assist in improving internal workflows and customer relationship management processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM management, sales coordination, customer support, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, reporting, and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams.
