DBM works in areas including vocational skill development, education, livelihood opportunities, women & youth empowerment, and placement support.

*Roles & Responsibilities*

- Manage day-to-day centre operations

- Supervise and coordinate with the centre team

- Manage student mobilization, admissions & targets

- Coordinate training programs and activities

- Handle student & stakeholder communication

- Support placement activities and follow-ups

- Maintain MIS, reports & documentation

- Conduct team meetings and monitor daily performance

- Develop community/industry partnerships

- Support overall centre growth and smooth functioning

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
