Job Summary
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products or services and respond to customer enquiries.
- Follow up with customers and generate potential business leads.
- Maintain customer details and update daily calling records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
- Should be self-motivated and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
