We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR operations. The role focuses primarily on talent acquisition, including workforce planning, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering a positive candidate experience, along with supporting employee lifecycle processes, engagement initiatives, and HR compliance. This position requires strong coordination skills, clear communication, and the ability to balance hiring priorities with operational HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Work closely with hiring managers for effective hiring.

- Maintain hiring trackers and talent pipelines.

- Support HR operations including onboarding, engagement, and documentation.

- Coordinate BGV, maintain records, and assist with exit processes.

Must Have

- Strong experience in handling end-to-end recruitment independently.

- Ability to source and screen candidates effectively through multiple channels.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills for managing interviews and stakeholders

- Good understanding of HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, and employee records.
- Knowledge of BGV processes, HR compliance, and maintaining accurate HR data.
