Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily shipment status reports (DSR) and update customers.

- Coordinate Delivery Orders (D/O) with shipping lines and customers.

- Liaise with customs brokers for timely import clearance.

- Verify import documents, including BL, Invoice and Packing List.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to resolve discrepancies.

- Handle customer queries and ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with company SOPs
