Senior Accountant – Export & Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with robust expertise in accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and export accounting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing and export operations and be capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting activities, financial reconciliations, statutory compliance, and account finalization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable taxation and statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain export accounting records, foreign currency transactions, export receivables, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments as required.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and outstanding payment reports.
- Manage inventory accounting and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls.
- Use Tally Prime and MS Excel for accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- B.Com or M.Com qualification.
- 8–10+ years of relevant accounting experience, including substantial experience in export accounting.
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and account finalization.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of export documentation, foreign currency transactions, and export receivables.
- Experience in manufacturing and export organizations is preferred.
- Ability to independently manage accounting operations and meet reporting deadlines.
- CA Inter qualification will be an added advantage.

Compensation

₹50,000–₹55,000 per month, negotiable based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
