Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The role involves handling accounts, statutory compliance, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations
- Process invoices, payments, and expense entries
- Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliations, and filings
- Ensure TDS compliance and timely return filings
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Support budgeting, MIS, and management reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally Prime is mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Profile
- Experience in handling audits and compliance independently
- Exposure to payroll processing and statutory deductions
- Experience in service or corporate industry
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
