About the Role

Ishmat Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in Packaging Design, Logo Design, and Visual Branding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing attractive packaging concepts, creating strong brand identities, and maintaining consistent visual communication across product packaging, marketing materials, and digital platforms.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of design aesthetics, typography, colour theory, print production, and branding, preferably within the fashion, lifestyle, textile, or consumer product industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and premium packaging for product boxes, labels, tags, stickers, sleeves, inserts, and other packaging materials.
- Develop logos, brand identities, visual branding concepts, and brand guidelines.
- Create product labels, hang tags, care labels, packaging artwork, and print-ready designs.
- Develop visual concepts that align with the company's brand image, target audience, and product positioning.
- Design brand assets for fashion, lifestyle, apparel, and consumer products.
- Prepare packaging layouts, dielines, artwork, and print-ready files according to production specifications.
- Coordinate with packaging vendors, printers, and production teams to ensure accurate printing, colours, materials, and finishing.
- Create marketing creatives for social media, websites, advertisements, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colours, logos, layouts, and overall brand presentation across all touchpoints.
- Explore creative ideas for premium packaging, product presentation, and brand differentiation.
- Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely completion of projects.




- Organize design files, artwork, brand assets, and production-ready documents.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of skilled experience in graphic design, preferably in packaging and branding.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, logo design, visual identity, and branding projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of CorelDRAW is an advantage.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of print production, packaging materials, dielines, printing processes, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to create print-ready artwork and work with printers and packaging vendors.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.

Experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage:

- Fashion and lifestyle product branding.
- Apparel packaging, garment tags, labels, and stickers.
- Premium product boxes, gift boxes, sleeves, and retail packaging.
- Logo design, brand identity development, and visual brand guidelines.
- Packaging for nightwear, gymwear, sportswear, and other lifestyle products.
- E-commerce product presentation and marketing creatives.
