Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional for the position of ZSM (Second Line Manager), based at Bhubaneswar or Cuttack. The ideal candidate must have 3–4 years of experience working as a First Line Manager (FLM) in a single company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve business targets.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned objectives.
Support team members in field sales activities and market development.
Track sales reports, team productivity and market performance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and customers.
Ensure effective execution of sales plans and company strategies.
Coordinate with senior management to achieve regional business goals.
Candidate Requirements
Must be currently working as a First Line Manager (FLM).
Must have 3–4 years of experience as a First Line Manager in the same company.
Maximum age: 35 years.
Strong sales, team management and leadership skills.
