Are you a people-oriented HR skilled with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills? Berkley Hyundai is looking for a proactive and motivated Assistant HR Manager to support our HR operations and help build a high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Support payroll coordination and HR administration.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training, performance management, and employee development.
- Address employee queries and support workplace discipline.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR records and compliance with applicable labour laws.

Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in HR operations or HR management.




- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems.
- A professional attitude with excellent organizational abilities.
