Job Summary

1 to 1 Realty is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, generating leads, and converting enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide information about available properties.
- Understand customers’ budget, location preferences, and property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and calling targets.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for successful lead conversion.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding lead status and sales performance.





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling, preferably in real estate.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and basic English communication.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
