Position 1: Counter Sales Executive

Salary: Salary Range, e.g., ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Education:

High School Diploma (10+2) or equivalent. Any graduation is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the sales counter at the mart.

Greet customers, answer their queries, and assist them in finding products.

Process transactions, manage billing, and handle cash or digital payments accurately.

Ensure the counter area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

Promote ongoing store offers and proactively upsell products to walk-in customers.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.





Basic mathematical and computer skills for billing and inventory tracking.

Friendly, approachable, and polite demeanor.

Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods.
