We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Billing Executive to manage billing, documentation, and basic accounting activities for OOH advertising campaigns. The role involves handling PO/RO processes, invoice preparation, and coordination with internal teams post media confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Purchase Orders (PO) after media confirmation in the system (e.g., The Edge or internal tools)
- Create and manage Release Orders (RO) for campaigns
- Prepare and process billing invoices accurately
- Track campaign duration and ensure proper billing updates
- Maintain and update billing records, trackers, and documentation
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for billing inputs
- Handle creative booking coordination and campaign updates
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Maintain records for audit and internal reference
- Resolve billing discrepancies and queries
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes
- Familiarity with PO, RO, and invoicing workflows
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage
- Good system handling and data management skills
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in Accounts / Billing role
- Experience in Advertising / Media / OOH industry preferred
- Knowledge of tools like The Edge is an added advantage
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
