- Syllabus Delivery: Deliver highly effective, well-structured lectures covering the complete NEET Biology syllabus (Botany and Zoology) within the institute's set timeline.
- NCERT Alignment: Keep all lecture content strictly aligned with the NCERT textbook curriculum, which is the foundation for the NEET exam.
- Doubt Resolution: Conduct regular, dedicated doubt-clearing sessions to ensure students fully grasp complex biological concepts and mechanisms.
- Content Creation: Design high-quality study materials, chapter-wise worksheets, and mock test papers with detailed step-by-step solutions.
- Performance Evaluation: Grade internal test papers regularly, evaluate student progress, and maintain meticulous performance records.
- Remedial Support: Identify academically weaker students and organize specialized back-up classes to help them catch up with the batch.




- Student Mentorship: Provide ongoing academic counseling and motivational guidance to help students manage competitive exam stress.
- Parent Communication: Participate actively in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to update parents on their child's academic growth and behavior.
- Career development: Attend internal faculty training programs and workshops to stay updated on the latest pedagogy and digital tools used by Aakash.
- Branch Coordination: Cooperate with the center management for admissions, promotional academic events, and the smooth overall operation of the Baraut branch.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
