We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service & Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should have basic computer skills, be fluent in English, and possess excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities Respond to customer emails and messages professionally. Handle basic administrative and data entry tasks. Maintain records and update spreadsheets. Communicate with customers and suppliers in English. Assist with order processing and general office support. Follow company procedures and complete assigned tasks on time. Requirements Fluent spoken and written English. Basic computer knowledge (Email, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Internet browsing). Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Reliable internet connection and access to a computer/laptop.



Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required. Preferred Skills Attention to detail. Ability to learn new software quickly. Professional and positive attitude.
