Role summary
Lead the Eluru sales team and drive branch revenue across investment, loan and insurance products.

Key responsibilities
Lead, motivate and manage the team of Sales Executives; Set monthly targets and territories; track daily performance; Train current joiners on products, pitching and objection handling; Personally handle key prospects and close large deals; Build local partnerships (businesses, associations, DSAs, referral partners); Share weekly sales reports and forecasts with management.

Requirements
Graduate / MBA; 4+ years in BFSI sales,



including at least 1 year managing a sales team; Proven track record of meeting team targets; Strong local network in Eluru / West Godavari; Fluent Telugu and good English; own two-wheeler preferred.
